DMZ performed subcontract work for Balfour Beatty Infrastructure on their prime contract to extend Sacramento Regional Transit’s light rail line to Cosumnes River College. DMZ was responsible for constructing more than 200 drilled concrete pier foundations up to 17 feet deep with minimal tolerance for the overhead catenary system. DMZ coordinated successfully with the project owner and multiple contractors to complete the foundation work on schedule.
