The Ralston Avenue Pedestrian Improvement Project provides a continuous and safe pedestrian sidewalk from South Road to the Notre Dame de Namur University entrance. Work included installing a new soldier pile retaining wall, finished with new colored architectural concrete and a concrete cap beam, drainage and sidewalk upgrades, shotcrete overlay of existing walls and new driveway approach structures. The project was successfully completed working within a restrictive schedule and a congested vehicle corridor.
