Oakland Shops Geometry Vehicle Storage and Spur Track

The project consists of a new spur track in the Oakland shops yard terminating in a new building to store a hi-rail geometry rail vehicle. The project also includes replacing aging utilities in the yard, resurfacing the existing parking area of the yard including drainage improvements, a large concrete saddle to protect the existing 78” storm drain from the new track loading, and replacing the PG&E power equipment.
